No, in fact there has bee only one variant on Epic rules published that I have seen but there were no epic spell rules in it.

This December, Upper Krust is comming out with the Immortal's Handbook, which is basically the Epic Level Handbook re-written, scalable all the way up to Supreme Being and beyond (so it also takes over quite a bit of Deities and Demigods as well). This rewrite apparently includes a re-done epic magic system, and from the tiny hints he's leaked out over the months, it works on a continued spell level system. I asked him about a particular spell I wanted to cast, and he told me it would work out to be a 67th level spell under his system.

I have high hopes that it'll work out well.

Thanks for the tip, I read the thread and that inspired me to write my own variant, over in House Rules. I had the same idea before reading it for a continuous progression.

I'd appreciate any comments from the illustrious crowd in D&D Rules.

Here, I'll make it easy for ya, the thread is here. :D
