Epic Starting Gold

I haven't come across a listed progression in the 3e ELH. I'm looking specifically for starting gold of 42nd level, or a general list of progression. I tried to derive a formula at one time but made some mistakes.

There is a table in the book. I don't have the book handy to give you the exact page, but it is near the beginning.

Yea, there is the table, but it only goes to 40th level. There isn't really a pattern in the gold amounts either.

I figured 42nd would be able 16,600,000 gold.
