Epic Tempest Class

I have been building a dual weilding fighter and have considered advancing him to the Tempest Class though I have not been able to find any thoughts on this subject I am posing the question now?

What are your thoughts on this class?

What would be the advantages and disadvantages to becoming this class?

Are there any Tempest Classes out there?

I hope I can get some feedback on this it has been a struggle to get information on the class and if anyone can help I know you all will pull through.

Tempest class itself is in Masters of the Wild. They gain bonuses to Off-Hand Parry and eventually, a reduction in off-hand fighting penalties.

It works well enough, though I think you'd be better off taking your Fighter feats. Splitting your levels evenly between Fighter and Tempest when you qualify might work, as well.

Make sure to use two of the same weapon and take feats that enhance your use of that weapon. That helps you get a lot more use out of your feats and your twin weapons, and takes a bit of the sting out of the combat penalties.
