How do you find out if your local FLGS is a premiere store or not?

Go to the WoTC site and use their store finder thingy. The premiere stores show up in blue or purple or something I can't remember at 3am after several beers. (Whatever color it is, it tells you that it stands for premiere store...)

Fiery Dragon, is there anything in the Mage builds suggesting different builds favour different implements?

I don't know whether it's just me, but the Implement Expertise feats combined with the three Mage builds remind me of the wizard as was previewed before the designers settled on the final version of the class, with the funnily named schools (Burning Ice, Phoenix something, etc.).

Races and Classes, a 4e preview book, mentions that orb wizards are good at "terrain control and manipulation and focus on retributive and perception effects", staff wizards were all about lines and cones and flying across the battlefield, while wand wizards was "a long-distance controller who sits behind layers of magic protection" (R&C, p. 78).

Now, the effects from HotFL implement expertise feats don't exactly match those form Races and Classes, but the feeling is there (IMO, of course).

Also, isn't it weird that the Essentials illusionist is an Int/Wis build, whereas the "original" illusionist from Arcane Power is an Int/Cha build?

And not a single premier store in the entirety of South America.

:/

... and don't forget, for all of those people who are fascinated by the tokens that are included in the Red Box, DM's Kit and Monster Vault, that there's another company that has something similar (with flip-it-over bloody side as well) that also offers PDF versions that you can print and mount at home...

Can we get an example of what the paragon or epic tiers look like on the class progression tables? Thanks so much for all the info you've given out!
