Essentials: Magic items for characters starting above L1?

Hey, is there any kind of list anywhere of existing items' rarities? Without having my books in front of me, I'm guessing the list above is just from Essentials?

That's easy: All are uncommon, except the ones mentioned being common in the Rules Update.

Umm, what's that? CCG = Collecting Card Game?!

The Character Creation Guide. Although the current draft drops the "Character Creation", and is now the "Campaign Guide". It covers more than just character creation, now. I would not take their word as any kind of hint about how Wizards will treat up-leveled characters in conjunction with item rarity, going forward.

I haven't had a chance to check, yet. Are there any guidelines about creating an up-leveled character in the Essentials DM kit?

Ah, thanks. There are too many acronyms in this world.

AFAIK, there is not yet an Essential rule for creating characters at higher levels.

Which update, or rather, where in the update? I am looking through the compiled one and not seeing anything...
