If you are running winxp there is a way around the size issue. Just right click on the shortcut to etools and go to properties. Click on the compatibility tab and click the checkbox that says run in 640x480. It aint the best solution, just the only one atm

It depends on if you are talking about the tool windows or the background window. Tool windows I cant help. Background you can create a small graphic file to the size you want to display behind the toolbars.. or rename the title.jpg in the art directory to something else(to save it in case you want it again later) and just have no title screen. But somebody created a small .jpg that just fit behind the toolbars making the toolbar basicaly all that showed untill you opened a window.

You can set your favorite pic as the default background for fun by naming it title.jpg and placing it in the main art directory.
