So my character buys an Everburning Torch (as listed under magic items in the DMG) for 90 GP. The description lists it as a torch with continual flame cast on it.
However, what if dispel magic is cast on an Everburning Torch? Is it treated like a magic item (properties surpressed for 1d4 rounds) or is it treated like a spell and it gets permanently dispelled?
