Evolving Feats

I was just thinking about Linguist, and how nobody will want to spend two feats on languages.

One of my players has taken Linguist at least 3 times now. Basically I can never pull a "you can't understand that" unless it's in a really good code. XD

This is odd as she's fairly power-gamey most of the time. I think she just likes her character knowing that much.
