Exact changes from 3.0 to 3.5?

So I am wondering: Is there a document out there that lists all the changes between 3.0 and 3.5 so that you can create a 3.5 character with the 3.0 PHB and this document? I'm especially interested in a list of the changes that are relevant to character creation - i.e., changes in classes, races, skills and feats.

A simple overview wouldn't be good enough - I don't want my players to refer to the entire 3.5 SRD all the time...
No, there is no such document.

Heck, there isn't even a document that lists something as simple as the CR changes for the MM monsters.

The revision is filled with so many small irrelevent changes that there's little compatibility. I'd say you are looking at playing 3.0 or 3.5, knowledge of one will actually hinder you at the other.

Not that I'm bitter.

I am.

In any event, if you are preparing Urbis for publication, use the SRD 3.5 for your reference, there are things that do not overlap between the SRD and D&D, mostly spell names, dieties (not a big deal if you are creating your own pantheon), and a few critters. The one thing that boggles me is that the rules for generating cities, towns, and settlements did not make it into the SRD, thogh it may have been cut merely to save the time needed to add it to the SRD.

A thorough document containing all of the changes would probably not be significantly smaller than new SRD.

Ain't that the truth...

I've spent some time going through the new PHB and DMG and have come up with a set of PDF files documenting the list of changes of interest to players. An experienced 3.0 player should be able to use these to get a good idea of how their character will be impacted by the revision.

The files are available here. I hope people find them useful -- feel free to point out anything I've missed or left unclear.

Pah. The way I see if, if WotC is going to start patching games, they should at least include a changelog with their patches, like everyone else does.
