Some raw mechanics...I'm still trying to decide on the pre-Exaltation background...
Also I need some help/suggestions with:
1) A protective/defensive or stealth-boosting artifact. Anywhere from 2 to 4 dots. Yes, I know you can't go over 3 without using BP...but I DID pay for a 4rth artifact dot. I may get those back if you can recommend a good 2 or 3 point artifact.
2) If the artifact is only 2 or 3 dots, I'll have enough to buy a familiar. What I want is a small nocturnal critter to help watch my back and scout. Ideally something stealthy like an owl or cat. Eventually I'd like to be able to communicate with it nonverbally and/or share senses...not necessary right away though. Thoughts?
And of course, if I forgot something steamingly obvious or made a boneheaded mistake, PLEASE tell me. I don't have my book here (I'm using Anathema to make the stats) so I don't have the full skinny on rules or charms...
