And the artwork better not change either. I don't want to see any changes to the classic Exalted look. I want new art, it just better not be different art. Let's keep with the genre and all that.

Well there's no to worry about that, what with Udon handling the art chores.

Speaking of which, someone picked up the #0 issue of the comic at GenCon for me, even got it signed by Zub, and the art in that is nice (the story is too short to judge).

Me? I'm actually looking forward to a 2nd edition. I probalby won't play it as much as I'd like, but I don't do that now with first edition, despite owning a hefty amount of books and yes, miniatures.

Me? Not so much, I was interested in a revision, but what's been announced went too far, too soon (I'd rather see an Infernals book than a new version of Dragon-Blooded, and I don't think Infernals deserve their own book).

On a different note, what do you think of the minis?

So keep playing Storyteller Exalted, or convert the manuals you have to the new version. Either way, in an edition change, only the rules-heavy stuff really drops in value.

Problem is the change in abilities make converting the fatsplats for ability based exalts a rather large project.

One change I hope they did make, but hasn't been mentioned is dropping Appearance and replacing it with an attribute that is actually worthwhile.

And did you hear what they planned for Gem? A $150 source book with all these stupid extras to justify the price. I mean Exalted is popular but why do they have to keep screwing the customer? Don't they know I must buy it?

A new edition of exalted is coming out? Fantastic!

I already own one out of date book for Vampire and one for Werewolf. They cost me a pound each on eBay.

Pretty soon I'll be able to put an out of date Exalted book on the shelf next to them. Is Exalted good enough to go up to two pounds for, or should I stick to my limit?

This thread is a bit shorter than the one at RPG.net

I don't know about two pounds, but one and a half, definitely. The limited edition would definitely be worth two pounds though.

That's not funny. I would have to buy that.
