Yeah, but look at the changes:
*Third Eye seems to have become a power ("Powers, Third Eye")
*Burning Ray is now Energy Missile
*Disrupt Undead is now Energy Blast (well, at least the illustration)
*Concussion is now Concussion Blast
*There are more psionic PrCs (judging from the pics, there are 9, compared to the old 4), of which 6 are new since Soulknife moved from a PrC to being a core class
*There are two psionic deities described in the book (Zucken and Ilsensine), which might mean there is a psionic-type domain
*There are rules for Epic psionics ("Psion, Epic Ialdabode")

Do you note Stand Still is now a general feat, thus available to everybody? Was this done previously somewhere or has one of the best feats around just become mainstream?

I just hope there's a nice table converting the psi abilities to magic spells and vice versa. If you're going to have magic transparency, it only makes sense.

Besides, I just want to give a sorcerer concussion as a spell.

Not done elsewhere to my knowledge. This is going to be a popular feat to add to the Power Gamer Spiked Chain Tripper Guy.
