If I have both the Expert Tactician and Knockdown feat, do I get an extra partial action after my opponent is knocked down and denied their dex bonus?

You don't get an extra partial action from Expert Tactician, you get an extra attack -- I think it has to be a melee attack.

You can make one extra melee attack (or do anything that can be done as a melee attack or a melee touch attack, including attempts to disarm, trip, or make a grab to start a grapple)

I can't remember - was there a ruling on whether Improved Trip triggers on Knockdown?

Edit - oops, there it is. No Improved Trip, no Cleave.

I guess that answers my question. I assumed prone opponents had no Dex bonus, but never looked it up. Thanks everyone.
