The warlord can provide an Opportunity Attack to any ally. However, Oppportunity Attacks can only be performed on targets the attacker threatens, and characters only threaten adjacent squares. And this AoO is with a party ally. So, can a person with a ranged attack handy qualify? Or only someone adjacent in the classical sense?
