Factotum and bonus spells for high int?

Am I correct in assuming that, regardless of a high intelligence score, the Factotum does not receive bonus spells (or rather, spell slots), and so are limited to those given on the class table in Dungeonscape?

Yes you are correct!

They are not spell casters and therefore do not have a spell list.
