Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser's Nehwon and Wilderlands of High Fantasy - Compare?

Ffahrd and the Mouser would feel right at home in the Wilderlands, and especially the City State (which, as already stated, bears a lot of Lankhmar influences, up to and including street names literally lifted from Leiber).

And of course the Silver Eel tavern!

SOME SPOILERS FOR THE FAFHRD & GREY MOUSER STORIES

I think Jester47's hit the nail on the head with the stories. I don't know if I'd call Leiber misogynistic outright--more a "man of his times," really. IIRC, some of his work appeared in Playboy, so I have to wonder if the stories were written with the medium in mind. The later stuff his parts which, to me, strikes more of a "dirty old man" feel to it (the last batch of writing/book in particular).

I always sorta hoped to see more stories about Nehwon & Lankhmar,
particularly about the Twain's heirs (and some of their more fleshed-out henchmen/followers) adventures in Nehwon. There was a hint of it in The Knight and Knave of Swords, but it was more of a reaction to what was happening to the Twain rather than a genuine adventure of their own.
Also, you'd figure Ningauble & Sheelba would reel in a couple of other hapless heroes to be their "protoges" as well.

As for the Nehwon Ghouls cropping up in Wilderlands: cool! How're they statted up? they're one of my favorite elements about Nehwon, & I try to port them over to almost every setting I use.
