Do you take the H&K P90c 24 bullets and a 12 bullet burst at 12-16, or the H&K G11E 50 bullets 7 bullet burst at 13-23.

The G11 does less damage(91-161), but can burst 7 times and still have a single shot, but the Pc90c only does 2 bursts before you need to reload, at 144-191 wich is phenominly more, less times.

I would say get the G11E, there are many instances where you have more than one or two enemies and in those cases two attacks won't get you anywhere, no matter how hard they hit.

That is, I would say that if this wasn't quite the wrong place to ask it. Since this is, after all, a D&D forum, I won't say it. :p

I just wanted to say that its awesome you like Fallout! IMO, its the best computer rpg that has ever been created, 1 and 2...I love it so much!

Except for Planescape: Torment, you surely mean. :D :p

I think Fallout 2 is far and away superior to Torment. I simply could not get into that game. Fallout 2 is the best crpg I've ever played, hands down.

As I recall Fallout 2, you take the G11E because it uses up ammo more slowly. 2.23 mm caseless was pretty hard to come by as I recall.

Of course, the real answer is "why are you using either--you should be using either the Turbo-Plasma or the EM Pulse Rifle unless you didn't tag the energy weapons skill in which case, you go for the Gauss Rifle. . . ."

I've done the full-auto Fast Shot thing before, but when I recently played it through again, I went the Sniper path.

You'll pick up a sniper rifle about 1/3 of the way through the game and it will carry you all the way through.

Nothing like turning your nose up at all that clunky heavy ordnance, the miniguns and rocket launchers, plasma rifles and flamethrowers.

Nothing like a 95% chance to shoot a guy in the eye at 1000 yards.

Crit-- dead. Crit-- dead. Crit-- dead.

Scan through the players manual and look at all the nifty Perks that raise your chance to critical, and the severity of the critical. So fun!
