Familiar Help Needed

I believe I saw it posted somewhere as a 10MB .pdf. I think it was on the Wizard's website.

If you have a specific question I can get the hard copy I have and see what it says. When 3e came out, all the stores were giving them out for free (I think I got my comp at Walden Books.)
