I agree with Lichtenhart above: Spielberg played RPG's and maybe still does.

Emilio Estevez (sp?) played D&D.

Jacque Villeneuve (Formula 1 racing driver) plays MtG.

In the UK, Jonathan Ross plays some sort of adventure game. He's been spotted several times at Orc's Nest buying stuff for himself.

Ben Elton played D&D (1E) on TV once. I have a feeling that he played at home. At least one of the jokes in Blackadder seems to have been inspired by the PC he had when he played D&D on telly.

I suspect that Sir Richard Branson plays/played, but I have no hard evidence of it.

My father got a chance to meet R.A. Salvatore, quite accidentally actually. He was working on his Mercedes and the man came in :D
In any case, he said he played, and still plays, D&D. His group is called The Seven Swords and he gets to play about once a month or so.

:-)

Butch Patrick (Eddie Munster) used to go so far as to run the gaming at the old Dallas Fantasy Fair. And it doesn't get much cooler than Eddie Munster let me tell you! <grin>

Didn't Living Dead Girl (from the Rob Zombie video of the same name) used to be a regular on this message board?

There was one episode of Martin (remember that show?) where the bald dude was flipping through a copy of one of the V:tM books (couldn't really tell which one, though).

I have no true proof, but I strongly suspect Bruce Campbell (of Evil Dead fame) plays (heck he did the forward for Deadlands Revised).
