Yeah it is pretty pricey but it is PHB+DMG+MM, pretty much. Although not loadsa monsters, a very good 3E conversion guide is in.

As to print it is out "GenCon Indy time"

Do you really expect a small company to be able to offer you such a nice, large PDF as that for so little money?
 


I don't know what to expect, but I can say that for myself, if I'm paying $30 for computer bits, it better be the gaming equivalent of the Dead Sea Scrolls. I'm waiting for print.
