Fantasy-izing Names

I'm coming up with a fun twist for my game group. I'm going to include several NPC's in the next town that are all based off them as players (not characters). For example, my friend Brian is now Brann Hesk, the town armorer. Scott becomes Scod and Nikki Narca. However, I'm having trouble with my girlfriend Stephanie's name. Can anyone think of how to fantasy-ize her name? If it helps her NPC's last name will be Ash.

And, as one US couple learned while walking the Milford track with a bunch of us Aussies, be aware that "fanny" in Aussie slang means the opposite side of the body to what you yanks think
