Far Shot and Point Blank Shot

Does Far Shot extend the 30' range of Point Blank Shot?

How about the 30' range ability of Sneak Attacks?

Why or why not?

I'm pretty sure that if it did, it would state it in the feat. All that Far Shot does is extend the range incriment of the bow...though I may be wrong, I think extending PBS would be a huge advantage that shouldn't be able to be picked up that easily.

Why shouldn't the 30' point blank be considered a range increment? 30' is a range, 'point blank range' to be specific.

The feat only increases the range incriment of the WEAPON, not any other feats. With the way I've seen PBS helping in my many games, I'd cringe if it was allowed to get even more range with just Far Shot.

For thrown items -- Shuriken, Daggers, Hand Axes -- Far Shot increases their first range increment such that Point Blank Shot is better for them.

It's a point blank range, not a point blank range increment. It's a definite range.

Quick note - in D&D, it does NOT affect Point Blank Shot, but in other d20 games (Spycraft being the immediate example in my mind) it does, because PB Shot is defined by the first range increment, not by a set 30 feet.
