If you are a fan of the show, and want it to continue please help get the word to SciFI ASAP. The sets will soon be torn down, and we need them to know we want the show to return! :(

David Kemper said it would be more effective to send telegrams & letters instead of emails. Remember to be positive and keep your cool. Let's keep Farscape on the air!

Umm, okay...

Can we have any confirmation of this...? 'Cause last time I knew, they weren't cancelling the show...

UPDATE: Okay, seen the notice. In that case I recommend an actual letter writing campaign, and not signing an on-line petition. I wouldn't get my hopes up though--TV execs rarely change their minds on these things...

If you wish to write a letter, you ought to make sure you have the correct form of address. Bonnie Hammer hasn't been "Senior Vice President of Programming" for over a year. She was promoted back in April of 2001, and insulting her by using the wrong title will not win her heart. The correct address, as far as I can find it, is:

Bonnie Hammer, President
Sci-Fi Channel
1230 Avenue of the Americas
New York, NY. 10020-1513

Send your letters!

An online petition doesn't hurt (since Moya is due to be torn down at the end of next week, and international fans may have difficulty getting their letters there fast enough), and I also included the address as it was posted on the farscape fan sites trying to help save this. Follow the thread I included at the end of my first post to have additional contact information, including emails, fax, etc. If her title IS wrong, post on that thread so people can be up to date. As far as I can tell from the transcript, Bonnie is a fan of Farscape, and it may not have been her decision. Thanks.
The transcript of the chat held at Sci-Fi last night can be read here:
