Favorite FR deity?

Wow! That's a tough one! Hm. Lemme run it down. There's a lot about the Deities I like.
Evil Solitary Dieties: Cyric, Vhaeraun. Cyric, I always liked, Bane was a bully, but Cyric is rather sneaky, crafty, and manipulative (Odd, for a CE god). Vhaeraun is more focused on taking over the Surface world, and has no gender descrimination.
Evil Gods In Unity: Talos, Auril, Umberlee, and Malar. I personally favor Auril and Malar, since they're just Cool gods, but I like the little 'Pact' you got going here. Rather nastiness.
Good gods: Azuth (Let's give some respect to the Wizard man), Sune (Oh yeah), Eilistraee, just to toss my hat into the pile, and Selune. All I can think of at the moment.

Favorite - Selune. The oldest and greatest. Very free-spirited, and the perfect deity for one who loves travel and moonlight, and friendly darkness.
Others, in order of favor:
2) Tyr - because there's just something about being so damned RIGHT.
3) Torm - honor is always an important trait.
4) Tempus - nothing like Thor at his best.
5) Dumathoin - I love secrets.

3) Tiamat - because there's just something about a babylonian deity.

I'll second the Moander vote.
The Darkbringer had to be the single nastiest deity in all of FR.
