Funny I didn't see Carsymor in there! ;)

Carsomyr, as it appeared in SOA, is supposed to be a regular Holy Avenger (or as much as this is possible using the Infinity Engine). Hence there's no need for it to get a separate writeup. The powered-up Carsomyr in TOB is something else, but that really counts more as a minor artifact.

I created this poll to find out which FRCS suppliment I should buy first, and it looks like Magic of Faerun is the one for me. It makes me very happy to learn about the magic items from BG2, considering that's one of my favorite computer games ever.

So, does it have the Crom Faeyr? :D

Eh don't think so.

Hong: Well that's true but it also had the dispelling ability as well. So it's not just a regular holy avenger.

see, i clicked magic of faerun, but if you want highest used book it would have to be monsters of faerun. magic is great but i use more monsters myself

Recall that in 2E, holy avengers can dispel magic in a 10' radius around the wielder. This isn't really possible with the Infinity Engine, so the designers took the next best route.

Crom Faeyr is in the DMG. It is called the "Hammer of Thunderbolts", and it can be found in the Artifact section.

And only a few magic items from BG2 are in Magic of Faerun. These are:
Beserker Blade
Namarra
Harper Pin
Azureedge
Greenstone Amulet

I voted for Magic of Faerun. The new magic items, spells, and prestige classes are really useful.

(I'm still waiting for my chance to play a Gnome Artificer... :D )
