Favorite Gnome N/PC?

Fonkin Hoddypinks, captain of the rowdiest, wealthiest, and drunkedest pirate ship to sail the sea. Decked out in a ludicrously oversized purple pirate's hat, large black boots, and a long scarlet coat that trails on the ground behind him, he was constantly trying to sell the PCs overcharged items (he sold them all tobacco at 2 gold a pound, and a dog for 50 GP with the story that it was the top hunting dog of the good kind Burlasack of the far off land known only as (at this point he'd have to clear his throat.))

Prutserkenvandenommegangvanachterwegen, or "Pruts" for those Tall people that have a problem with anything that's longer than one syllable

He's a Tinker Gnome Alchemist Exp1/Wiz1/Rog4, aiming for Gnome Artificer. Has a monkey familiar that's dressed up as a pirate (hat, tiny cutlass and all). Carries several 1000's gp worth of alchemical preparations in his HHH (I collected a list with close to 150 preparations from various d20 sources to make him viable as an Alchemist).

Managed to shoot our party's Wolfen Barbarian with a ballista bolt in our first major combat. Keeps ordering sparkling water in inns.

Is much too trusting for his own good, and thinks he's a great judge of character. A visiting friend of our DM was running a recurring NPC one session, and somehow let it slip OOC that this was really a Rakshasa in disguise. One of our players (who has a problem metagaming) immediately had his PC become suspicious of the NPC. To his frustration, Pruts took a liking to the NPC and now considers him as one of his bestest friends.

BTW, Pruts claims his hometown has a statue of the Tinker Gnome who invented the wheelbarrow

Dude, I have a whole clan of favorite gnomes - clan Everstrange! With members including (but not limited to Krispin (Illusionist/thief), Kristo (cleric/thf), Karl (paladin - dude, you really, really gotta be careful around a gnome who doesn't have a sense of humor), and the inestimable, greatest of them all Karson Fargone Everstrange - who was so cool a gnome that he survived outside fo D&D altogether and took the clan to whole new gaming systems
