Fifthed (gg ForceUser).

Sep's SH is great writing, but it's a frustrating one to follow because of the update schedule.
He updated regularly for several years. You can't fault a brother for taking a break from his not-for-profit epic.

And there's a great compilation thread.

Other fun reads: Wulf's if you want to read about butt-kicking goodness in the WotC adventure path. Sagiro's or Fajitas's (by Spyscribe) if you want intricate plots. Dr. Midnight's Feng Shui SH "Six in the Barrel" if you want a fun action movie. These are old ones, and there are plenty of superb newer ones, but they'll give you a good place to start.

Watch for the return of "The Chronicle of Burne, and Some Others of Lesser Importance" ... rising from the ashes, well, like Burne after a 3 day bender with his mechanical cat.
Good! I've been awaiting its return on tenterhooks since ENWorld came back online. And let me tell you, being on tenterhooks is not the least bit comfortable.

Demiurge out.

seventh (or 8thed) on starting with Sep's Tale of Wyre. Another excellent choice would be Shemeska's Planescape Storyhours (I'm not yet 1/3rd the way through the 1st one yet... but its really good stuff!)

Forceuser has a decent tale or two as well... but don't fall too heavily for his Vietnamese SH... it gets cut short far too quick :/

Glad you're enjoying it. And Burne is back, in all his inglorious glory, thanks to Rolzup's hard work this morning.

It's still not in Selpulchrave II's league (and as the DM, I can safely say it never will be). However, it is the most fun I've had running D&D in a decade.

Ouch. :heh:

I'd always meant to at least finish the adventure they were on (the campaign ended about one session after the Monkey Woman storyline wrapped up.) Hm.

1. Sepulchrave
2. Contact - Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil for the body count alone.
3. Wulf - Character POV for the original 3.0 Adventure Path
4. Forceuser
5. Piratecat
