Well : Favorite Idea : Banshee
Favorite Stats : Skeleton or Famine Spirit

I don't like the way they did the banshee .... a banshee should have 4 - 5 hit dice and no Permanent charisma drain .. its only useful ability should be its wail .. it should be maybe CR6, assuming no Cha modifier so Fort DC12 for the wail and a 10' or 20' radius.

hmm, for me... probably the lich is an all-time favorite. muhahahahah! that, or the death knight. both very fun.

Vampires. Especially the advanced or variant ones from Ravenloft

Lich! Hands down, no two ways about it. Variants are especially cool, such as some of the ones seen in Monsters of Faerun, or 2E Ravenloft liches.

If I had to pick one specific type of lich, I'd say the Suel Lich would be it. It's too bad that one hasn't been updated to 3E yet.
