Used to read VGCats, but it just got too bland.
Used to read OotS, but got tired of it.
I find 8Bit Theater (http://nuklearpower.com/latest.php) to be pretty consistent.
Sluggy (www.sluggy.com) got very tiresome for a while, but is now back to what I like.
College Roommates From Hell (http://crfh.net/) but it's gotten bogged down recently.
Sharing A Universe (http://sharingauniverse.comicgenesis.com/) though it's a little random.
And of course Miniature Alley (http://noctology.comicgenesis.com/)

Quite possibly my favorite webcomic is Grim Tales From Down Below. Based on The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, along with a truckload of other series perfectly mixed in, this is a darker, much more adult-themed take on the series, set several decades in the future (the main characters are Grim Jr. and Minimandy, Grim and Mandy's children).

By the same artist, The Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi is based on the series of the same name, with many other series (Dexter's Lab, Invader Zim, etc.) mixed in. Like Grim Tales, this is a much more adult-flavored production, though it's not quite as dark as the aforementioned webcomic.

On a completely different note, Krakow is funny, mostly because it doesn't take itself too seriously at all.
