Favourite adventures at each level? (and fave DCC29 adventure?)

I've run DCCs before and I buy the more interesting ones (to me) when they come out. I picked up the $20 box set "Saga of the Dragon Cult" even though I already have DCC #2. It's a $50 value, so it's well worth the price.

I ran DCC #2 before, and while it reads really good, it took us too many sessions to get through (about 7). Next time I run it there are some areas I'd probably shorten just to get the players through.

I finished reading DCC #17, Legacy of the Savage King and I think it rocks. There are some really hard ELs for the players to get through, and I think it would make an excellent challenge for players who always breeze through modules. It is a 4-6 level adventure and in it there are 2 EL 9 (one of them at the very beginning!) , 1 EL 8 and 6 EL 7s.

I also really like DCC #27, which I wrote a review on here on ENWorld. Its also a 4-6 level and brutal.

My "dream" DCC Campaign would be:

0 - Minotaur (#35A)
1 - Idyls of the Rat King (#1)
2 - Dragonfiend Pact (#11) or Lost Vault of Rho (#2)
4 - Legacy of the Savage Kings (#17)
5 - Revenge of the Rat King (#27)
6 - Sunless Garden (#10)
7 - War of the Witch Queen (#17.5)
8 - Escape from Forest of Lanterns (#38)
9 - Blackguard's Revenge (#12)
10 - Vault of Dragon Kings (#30)
11 - Iron Crypt of Heritics (#12.5)
12 - Assault on Stormbringer Castle (#21)
13 - Lost Tomb of Sphinx Queen (#15)
14 - The Stormbringer Juggernaut (#22)
15 (and end) - Crypt of the Devil Lich (#13)

It's fun to be back in the dungeon for a while.
The first three adventures you listed (Hall, Black Pearl, and Wilds) are the three I've run so far. They stand out as being some of the most fun adventures I've DM'ed. (Not surprisingly, all authored by Harley Stroh, designer extrordinairre--who holds a special place in my rat-bastard DM heart.)

The Goodman forums, in the Art section, you'll see some great 3-D renderings of Into the Wilds that I belive you'll find essential for running the adventure.

There are several more recent DCC releases (in the late 30's and early '40s) made for low-level parties (Talons of the Horned King being especially cool-looking) that will help fill in some of those odd levels, and Dungeon Crawl Classics #48: The Adventure Continues looks to be very inspiring.

I give Goodman, Stroh and company as much money to support their DCC line as I can. They just deserve it for releasing cool adventures.

I hadn't even noticed that I had chosen three from the same author. He's done a GREAT job.

Honestly, they don't offer anything a quick look at the maps doesn't provide for me. They are brilliant work, but totally non-essential.

Now I have to see what other adventures Mr Stroh has written.
