First Post
Just a quick poll for your favourite AP from Paizo (with Pathfinder rules)

I'm looking to run one of them for my wife and friend with 4e rules, so the smaller number of enemies per fight might work better than with a full group. Also, if you could give a reason why that would be awesome.

Pathfinder Adventure Paths

* Rise of the Runelords
* Curse of the Crimson Throne
* Second Darkness
* Legacy of Fire
* Council of Thieves
* Kingmaker

I know I'm going to be in the minority with my choice of Council of Thieves, but I'm having a blast running this AP with my bi-weekly group. This could just have to do with the types of players we are. We all really enjoy a good, gritty city-based adventure with political intrigue and the like, so this one just happens to be pushing our right buttons. I must say I'm really looking forward to running Serpent's Skull next as a fun-looking change of pace.

I'm really liking Legacy of Fire and what I've read of Serpent's Skull - though I'd recommend against these as you're in both of those games I'm running and reading them in order to translate them into 4E would spoil much of the fun of playing in them. ;)

I'd also go with Council of Thieves. It's a good solid adventure with some very unique encounters, and the Cheliax setting is really cool.

I went with Kingmaker, but this is largely due to this being the one I have chosen to run for my local group and have read the most thoroughly. I think there are good things about many of them, Kingmaker just seemed to fit the right mix for our group.

Thanks for the resposes so far. Are any of them a bit more urban than the others? My group tends to favor those type of environments.

Oh, yeah I left Serpent's Skull off the list and remembered after posting that LoF is the one I'm playing through so that one won't be run. So far it seems like Curse of the Crimson Throne or Council of Thieves
