Well don't worry Wolf. While I don't handle the editing, (nor much else since I'm NOT a representive of S&SS but I do know them, at least enough to email them!

) I do know they try NOT to rush too much. Example, R&R2 was slated for August but has been pushed back to September to make room for other stuff, so there will more of an opportunity to see that it gets edited. I know that the SLCS has been thoroughly looked at and people are most pleased with their results. I'd say it will probably be that the same quality as Divine and the Defeated, which I think many SL fans agree, is a VERY well done book in comparsion to say D&Dmg and F&P (good books but people complained alot about them!

)
Secrets and Societies is basically a more thorough look at SOME of the societies mentioned in the Ghelspad Gaz, like the Dragoons, the Incarnates, and the Knights of Corean (their basic orders and such.)
There's only four Pr-classes but they are nicely done, Horseman of Vangal (not as powerful as some thought but still a good riding/fighting Pr-class), Courteans of Idra (looking for some very strange and secretive lots? This is it!) A revised look at Incarnates (basically they changed around a feat or two and also made must neutral a valid requirement. Still allows for progress AFTER incarnate.) and the aforementioned Silver Knights.
Shark, if you read much of SL, you know there are four orders, Mithril Knight (they are kind super paladins but believe me they rock!) Silver Knight (Evil outsider hunters and elemental hunters), Iron Knights (seige experts and finest crafters/workers in iron.) and Gold (refined fighters that are also healers.)
The Silver Knights are responsible for hunting and containing outsiders as well as dealing with summoners that work with such creatures. They also use a similar approach as Mithril Knight, where they use a silver sword that they can enhance for each level they go up in their Pr-class. (Mithril knights when they hit 5th level could enchant with Holy, Lawful and Flaming but these weren't PERMANENT things unless the paladin consciously willed it.) They also get to smite outsiders, turn them and also banish outsiders. Plus they can opt to use some small low level clerical summon spells to help them deal with outsiders and/or have some knowledge/insight into their foes. In short they are FAR superior to Knights of the Chalice, at least over all.
