Feat: Curveball

Thoughts from anyone on this? I think it's a neat idea, but I'm wondering if it's overpowered:

Curveball [General, Fighter]
You are skilled at making thrown weapons curve in flight.

Prerequisites: Weapon Finesse, Expertise, Power Attack.

Benefit: When using a thrown light weapon, you may use a full-round action to put spin on it, making it hard for your opponent to determine which way to dodge. Your attack has a 20% miss chance, but your opponent loses any Dexterity or dodge bonuses to AC.

(NB: This is written for 3.5e, with Weapon Finesse as a single feat rather than multiple single-weapon feats.)

If anything it's underpowered. The only real benifit is that a rogue can sneak attack, with a 20% miss and only once a round within 30' range and after taking four feats, two of which are a bit unrelated to the ability.

I think I'd drop power attack and expertiese and add quickdraw as a prereq. It's more generaly useful for thrown weapons.
