Feat list?

Anybody know of a good web resource that lists all the feats from the PHB and WotC builder books? Bonus points for a site that lists requirements and benefits.

Even so, I'm kinda interested in this too - is there anything that has just the Core PHB feats + the WOTC splatbooks?

the splat books are not OGC and WotC is cracking down right now so that might be hard to find.
