Feat proposal- Extra Rage (CompWar)

I'm working on putting together my first LEB character proposal, and so far I'm thinking of some flavor of barbarian multiclass combination. I would like to put forward a proposal for the Extra Rage feat from Complete Warrior.

Yeah, I see no problem with it, though (as we've discussed over on the LEW forum) it's kind of a lame feat. You'd be better off taking one of the Eberron-specific feats.

In any case, yeah, I say YES on this one, since it's pretty simple mechanically.
