Feat question

Anyone know of a feat that allows you to add your dex modifier to ranged damage? I thought I saw one at some point, just dont remember what it was.

there is a feature at Drow of the Underdark that does that for drow fighters it can be taken at fighter level 1 (you must give up heavy armor and shield proficiencies) and you add your dexterity bonus to attacks up to 30 ft to flat-footed opponents. it also gives +2 at initiative checks.
there was an other feat at a 3rd edition book (i think it was in "Feats"), superior winesse that allowed you to add your dexterity to your melee attacks.

IIRC there is a feat called Crossbow Sniper that allows you to add 1/2 your dex to damage and also increases your sneak attack/skirmish range with said crossbow to 60ft. I think it's either in Complete Warrior or PHB2.
