Feat that grants Charm Person spell-like ability?

Is there a feat that grants Charm Person as a spell-like ability? There are several feats scattered throughout the WOTC books that give you a few spell-like abilities (usually a first level spell and two zero level spells within a theme). I am not aware of one for charm person, but I suspect it exists in a WOTC book. Anyone know?

One of the Fey heritage feats in Complete Mage probably does.

If you don't mind it being psionic in origin, I think there might be something in Complete Psionic as well - either one of the host feats, or a Wild Talent feat tied to one of the Talaire houses.

I should probably mention that the purpose is to get into the Mindbender Prestige Class using a spell-like ability from a feat rather than a spellcasting level.

That Ebberon feat might work. Anyone know of another one? In a Complete book or Race book or PHB II?
