Feat that increases use of Special Abilities per day?

Nothing in the MM (which I'm sure you already knew....) but would it be any different to feats Extra Rage (+2/day), Extra Smiting (+2/day), or Extra Stunning (+3/day)? [all from Complete Warrior]

The only factor to consider is that a typical monster is designed to survive for part of one encounter, so adding PC type abilities (where PCs are typically expected to survive multiple encounters per day) may be unbalancing for a single encounter.

They may not necessarily have the actions to make full use of an ability usable at-will anyways. A mind-flayer's charm monster at-will doesn't always amount to much when battle with it lasts for 3-4 rounds, and so, it is really little better than usable 3/day.

Seems more like the OP wants to play a monster race and is interested in increasing its paltry repertoire of SLAs.

This is for a monster that gets a 1x/day touch attack ability. The effect is similar to a much more limited confusion spell (definitely not a death attack) that causes creatures to become lost.

Magic in the Blood (?): IIRC, turns 1/day SLAs into 3/day SLAs.

Its in one of the FR books... Player's Guide perhaps?

The feat is applicable only to a very narrow list of races (amongst which, only the fey'ri and to some extent, the drow really benefit from it). I doubt it is what the OP has in mind.

Nothing official that I can find, but from the Netbook of Feats:

http://datadeco.com/nbofeats/nbofeats012.html#Extra Primeval Ability

EXTRA PRIMEVAL ABILITY [Monster]
The creature can use one of its supernatural or spell-like abilities more often.
Prerequisite: Innate supernatural or spell-like ability
Benefit: Choose one innate supernatural or spell-like ability that the creature can use one or more times per day. The creature can now use this ability one more time per day.
Special: This feat can be taken multiple times and will stack with itself. Each additional time that this feat is taken you can apply it to the same innate supernatural or spell-like ability or to one of your other innate supernatural or spell-like abilities. This feat cannot be used with class-based spell-like abilities, like the druid's wild shape or paladin's ability to cure disease.
