Feat to Gain a Class Skill?

There are a couple of house rules I've seen that do this; the one that I use (which I've stolen from someone on here, and can't remember who to give the credit to them) is that the feats which grant +2 to two stats (like Alertness) also makes both skills always class skills.

Wow... I really like that houserule...

I also liked the idea, and use it in my game, from the same thread i decided to use the spell mastery variant someone suggested, in which a wizard can choose one of his spell mastery spells to be able to spontaneously cast.

For the OP -

The short answer: it does not exist.

The Unearthed Arcana variant, I believe, is not exactly what you are looking for, either. It only makes a skill a class skill if it is already listed on one of your class's skill lists. This does not help your single-classed mageblade.

Going with a home rule is the only way to go.

Actually, the special use of the UA feat does allow you to pick one cross-class skill; it is the usual, non-special benefit of the feat that restricts you to choosing two class skills.

There's a feat in OA that may allow this? I'll need to look that up when I get home.... As it stands, the feat from UA sounds like my best bet, assuming the DM doesn't house-rule an exception or something.

Thanks, everyone, for your help!

I Should've Read a Little Further....

It turns out the perfect feat for me is in the same book as the swordsage class itself. The Martial Study feat has no prerequisites, and one of its benefits is to grant you the key skill of the chosen discipline as a class skill for all of your classes (current and future). Depending on the chosen discipline, you can use this feat to get one of the following skills as a class skill:

Balance
Concentration
Diplomacy
Hide
Intimidate
Jump
Sense Motive
Tumble

Plus you get some other nifty benefits from the feat as well. And if a DM is allowing the swordsage class, then he's probably allowing this feat since they are from the same book.
