Feat to make some standard actions into move actions

I've long thought that it would be very cool for certain things to be possible as move actions. Two of these are reading scrolls and drinking potions.

But, for obvious reasons, this would not be a feat you'd want to make too easily available, especially at low levels.

I've also thought that the feat is too powerful to address more than one issue at a time.

So, how about these?

Fast Quaffer (nice name eh?)
Prerequisites: Dex 13, Base Ref Save +3, BAB +3 (these are an admittedly unwieldy combination, but I'm trying to prevent anyone and everyone from taking such a feat too easily)
Benefit: You can drink a potion as a move action instead of as a standard action.

Fast Reader
Prerequisites: Ability to cast 2nd level spells, Dex 13
Benefit: You can cast a spell from a scroll as a move action. You cannot read two scrolls in one round using this feat, nor can you cast a spell from a scroll and also normally (except with Quickened or Swift spells). You can, however, perform other standard actions (such as drinking a potion, making a melee attack, etc.).

I don't like the prereqs. for Fast Quaffer, particularly the BAB. Perhaps Slight of Hand ranks or Quick Draw would be more appropriate? Actually, this feat is so specialized that I'd make it a Slight of Hand check with no feat required (similar to the Ride check to mount/dismount as a free action).

For Fast Reader, I don't like casting a spell as a move action, even though you specify that the standard action cannot be used to cast another spell. I admit, it would be really cool for True Strike, but it seems a little klunky. Perhaps you could make retrieving scrolls a free action so the caster could get the scroll, move, and cast it in one round?

The drinking potions feat doesn't seem too bad, one question though, does it provoke an AoO as usual?

Have to agree with babomb on the second one though, really don't like casting a spell as a move equivalent action, seems sort of epic to me. And actually the last spell I would allow to be cast that way would be true strike. Just think what you could do with true strike and the appropriate feats... +5 to hit, +5 to AC, +10 (or +15) to damage... really scary, I like it either being a lvl 5 spell (quickened) or only useable once every other round.

I've considered the few responses so far. So, let's just stick to the one.

Fast Quaffer
Prerequisite: Sleight of Hand 5 ranks or Quick Draw
Benefit: You can drink a potion as a move action. Doing so provokes attacks of opportunities normally.

Just to put a final stake in the Fast Reader, reading a scroll isn't a standard action; it requires the same amount of time it does to cast the spell. So a monster summoning I spell could take 1 round and not a standard action. So let me agree with the rest in saying baaaad.

As for fast quaffer, now you've introduced two healing potions a round. For fighters, quickdraw isn't much of a price to pay. For rogues and bards, the 5 ranks can be obtained early with little cost either (both having a lot of feats). Everyone else has to blow a feat just to get this feat. I can't see anyone except the above three classes bothering to take it. The benefit is only useful if you blow the gold to buy the potions and definitely isn't a freely rechargable feat. If you are out of potions, the best you can do is be impressive at drinking games.

It's say it's too weak with the changed pre-reqs. I like the Slight of Hand requirement, but lower ranks requirement (like 3 or 4) and add something else, like BAB to use as a minimum level, and I'd throw a min Dex on there as well. So your original pre-reqs looked better to me without min Ref save.
