feats from Equilibrium, please evaluate

First Post
Hi all. My copy of Equilibrium arrived in the mail on Friday, and it inspired me to make a few feats. I haven't written any before, so I'm submitting them to you ENworlders for critique before I consider sending them to the Netbook of Feats.

Note: this feat is based on Preston's ability to "get inside the mind of an offender", as well as the way he uncovers the stashes of criminals just by walking through their residences and saying "Ah, it's hidden over there." Perhaps it should have a different name in D&D, but this is exactly what they call it in Equilibrium ("I'm like you, Cleric: intuitive.").
Intuitive (general): It’s your job to know what they’re thinking.
Prerequisite: Wisdom 13+.
Benefit: You gain +2 on your Sense Motive checks, and you make Search checks as though you were an elf (if you pass within 5 feet of a secret or concealed door, you are entitled to a Search check to notice it as if you are actively searching for it).

Note: an adaptation of Mobility, this feat is for the 'gun-kata' sequences where Preston shoots people at point-blank range using quick, smooth motions.
Fluid Shot (combat): Even in the thick of melee, you leave little opening for your enemies to strike when you use ranged weapons.
Prerequisite: Precise Shot, Dodge.
Benefit: You get a +4 dodge bonus to AC against attacks of opportunity caused when you shoot or throw a weapon within a threatened area.

Note: more gun-kata kind of stuff. This is all through the movie. Probably should not exist in any campaign not up to Renaissance-level science, or if it does, should be restricted to 'nerdy' regions/races.
Probability Dodge (combat): You assume stances based on avoiding the statistically-traditional lanes of incoming attacks, rather than examining incoming strikes and moving to evade them.
Prerequisite: Dodge, Int 13+.
Benefit: Rather than choosing a single opponent, you apply your Dodge feat (+1 dodge bonus to AC) against all opponents that you are aware of.

Note: I'm dissatisfied with this feat. I wanted one to emulate both the lightning-fast reloading that Preston does, as well "In the end, I think it's better if you have it." Unfortunately, the wording of it ends up being convoluted. I don't think this will break crossbows, but it could be a problem at low levels with heavy crossbows. Perhaps it needs a BAB requirement?
The Hand is Quicker Than The Eye (general): You manipulate objects with startling speed.
Prerequisite: Quick Draw.
Benefit: For you, weapons normally requiring a move-equivalent action drawing attacks of opportunity to reload instead require a move-equivalent action not drawing attacks of opportunity to reload. Weapons normally requiring a full-round action drawing attacks of opportunity to reload instead require a move-equivalent action drawing attacks of opportunity to reload. You get a +2 bonus to all Sleight of Hand checks.

So, what does everybody think? By the way, if you haven't seen Equilibrium, I give it high marks. Somehow it got panned by all the critics (corporate tools) and only opened in 300 theaters nationwide, but I liked it quite well, as did nearly everybody else I know who saw it. It seems to be spreading like wildfire now that it's out on DVD, sort of the way Donnie Darko has.

Overall, these feats look good to me. I haven't seen Equilibrium though, keep that in mind. Specifically:

Intuitive - This seems fair to me, the sense secret door ability is rarely used in most of the games that I play in. One question - what if you are already an elf and you take this feat? Does the sense secret door ability extend five more feet?

Fluid Shot - Does this stack with Mobility? You'll get huge dodge ACs if it does.

Probability Dodge - Looks good to me.

The Hand is Quicker than the Eye - How does this stack with the Rapid Reload feat (Sword and Fist)? If I take THiQttE and Rapid Reload, can I reload a heavy crossbow as a free action?

Secret doors seem to be fairly common in the games I play in, so I think it would get a fair amount of use - especially with all the traps just waiting to ambush the poor fools who go poking and prodding in the walls. As for Elves, I hadn't considered it. Your suggestion sounds good.

Fluid Shot - Does this stack with Mobility? You'll get huge dodge ACs if it does.
Mobility, AFAIK, only applies to movement-provoked AoOs. If that's correct, Fluid Shot could only stack with Mobility if a single AoO were provoked by movement and a ranged attack simultaneously. I'm not sure how that's possible, but I'm sure someone will go prove me wrong just for the fun of it (a weapon with some kind of recoil effect, perhaps?)

Probability Dodge - Looks good to me.
Yeah, most people think of Dodge as underpowered. Although rumor has it that Dodge is changed in 3.5, so Probability Dodge might need a fix also.

Ah, I had forgotten about Rapid Reload. I'll have to look at it in the morning. Stupid splatbooks (I say as I post four action movie-inspired feats  )

The movie was great, and these feats seem to work well. The Intuitive feat really seems to be a good general one, and reproduces an ability (sensing secret doors) that doesn't really have a current in game mechanic to create (besides being an elf). Good job overall.
