[Feats] Ranged Flick of the Wrist?

Does anyone know of a source for a feat that would allow a rogue to draw & throw a weapon, catching an opponent flat-footed as the Flick of the Wrist feat allows with melee weapons? It truly shocks me that the feat (from CW) doesn't allow use with thrown weapons; surprising someone with a dagger suddenly pulled from a sheath & hurled at their throat just seems such a natural part of the 'rogue' concept.

I don't remember what the Prestige class is, but there is one in the Complete Warrior (WotC) that offers some dagger throwing options. I know one is the invisible blade, I think the other is the thrown weapon master or something like that, I would highly recommend not allowing the two to be used together though, I have a power gamer that is horribly abusing the abilities they provide.

The only way to flat-foot people with ranged attacks is the Master Thrower prestige class from The Complete Warrior. They have a choice of abilities over their 5 levels, and one you can select is the ability to make a Sleight of Hand check opposed by your opponent's Spot check as a move action. Success flat-foots the opponent for your subsequent attack. The Improved Feint feat or the Invisible Blade prestige class specifically cannot flat-foot people at range, as Feinting only works in melee combat.

Synchronicity.

It seemed natural to my group as well. So much so, we have a house rule that allows flick of the wrist to be used for thrown ranged weapons within 30 feet of an opponent. Works OK for us.

Thanks for the replies. I found that PrC a bit after starting the thread (I knew I'd seen something that could do this). Unfortunately, I won't be able to qualify for another 3 levels, & even then only if I take all of those in fighter for bonus feats (already have 2 levels of ftr; char is currently 4rog/2ftr/1asn). Since that would seriously mess up my skills (& just the general char concept), I'm hoping I can either talk the DM into house ruling that it applies to thrown weapons, or house ruling a separate feat for ranged Flick of the Wrist attacks. Waiting 1 or 2 levels to get it, depending on whether he allowed it to be a ftr bonus feat or not, wouldn't be so bad & would save me having to make a major char concept detour just for one ability.
