+2 attack for -2 AC is, essentially, a charge.
Well, Reckless Offensive only works for melee. I see your point, but I don't agree that doubling the bonus as a penalty to AC (-4/+2) is unbalanced. Now the Recklessly offensive, Enlarged, and Charging Barbarian will be fearsome, but he can also be cut down easily.
On top of that there are a few d20 systems that have a "Take Aim" feature for ranged attackers which leave them largely defenseless. Which just comes round to the topic, how tactical should feats be? Specifically, in my example, ones that are balanced with hefty opportunity costs.
