Feed bringing up old posts

The Stack Exchange site for RPG's uses the feed for notices in chat. As can be seen by this meta thread there, the feed is bringing up old posts (Screenshot is in meta post).

Some one should get an account and see what is going on. I’ll get one over there and see. My bet? It’s an RSS feed that now shows all posts as “new”
