Feverclaw immune to Time Stop!

Hi everybody,
I've just found this in Monster Mayhem at WotCs:
Feverclaw
It's a monster called Feverclaw which is immune to Time Stop! I thought this was already ruled out with Elminster...
It just makes no sense.

Your right, he probably meant temporal stasis instead of timestop. Or he was thinking of the version of timestop they used in previous editions.
