Speaking of...in addition to the corrections I posted above, I forgot to say add its Size to its Type line (magical beast). I am assuming its Tiny since it has a +2 to AC for size.

So, Type/Size line should read: "Tiny Magical Beast"

Skills: Fey Cats have a +4 racial bonus on Climb, Survival, Hide, and Move Silently checks and a +8 racial bonus on Jump checks. Fey Cats have a +8 racial bonus on Balance checks. They use their Dexterity modifier instead of their Strength modifier for Climb and Jump checks. *In areas of tall grass or heavy undergrowth, the Hide bonus rises to +8.

Skill points are off.

If you remove its racial bonuses you are left with:

Balance +2, Climb +2, Hide +10*, Jump +2, Listen +3, Move Silently +2, Spot +3

If you remove its ability score mods you are left with:

Balance +0, Climb +0, Hide +8*, Jump +0, Listen +2, Move Silently +0, Spot +2

If you remove its size bonus to Hide, you are left with:

Balance +0, Climb +0, Hide +0*, Jump +0, Listen +2, Move Silently +0, Spot +2

The cat has only 4 skill points. It needs 3 more. At 4 HD, it should have 7. Remember, magical beasts have (HD + 3) x (2 + Int modifier, minimum 1) in skill points.

As stated in previous post Tressym is a winged cat.

It does exist in 3.0 It is located in the back of the Forgotten Realms hard cover book.

Don't have it handy so can't tell you how it compares, but I suggest looking there.
