Fey powers?

I'm looking for references to any fey dieties/powers/lords that have cropped up in D&D (or just about any folklore, for that matter.) I know of Oberon and Titania, but only by name, and I've heard the Queen of Air and Darkness (is that it?) mentioned, but that's about it. Anyone care to share any information they have? It'd be greatly appreciated.

Huge and wide open field, there.. :) Almost everything in fairy folklore has five or six names, it seems, some of whom refer to the same persona. Sometimes different things will have the same name, too. I've heard 'Queen of Air and Darkness' refer to Titania, Morgan le Fey, Morrigan, etc etc etc.

Any of the Celtic gods might be seen as a 'Fey' god or goddess.

In Christian folklore, the fey were angels that did not choose sides in the War, and so were banished to Earth forever. They live forever but when they die due to injury they just dissipate, going to neither Heaven or Hell.

The Finnish goddess Mielikki is sometimes called Lady of the Fey.

Danu/Danae/Gaia/whatever, the Great Mother Goddess is sometimes seen as a fey goddess.

Encyclopedia Mythica's Folklore section has some more names and references.

Last time I'd been to the wizards website, they'd started a fey feature that detailed sidhe and fairy courts.

If you can track down old issues of dragon, try and get Dragon 154 or 155 (can't remember exactly). It included a lot of information on fey, including a demi-goddess and the fey-druids who worshipped her.

It's 155 - I've got the Dragon archive. Thanks for reminding me to use it - I haven't read it all yet, but it looks like it'll be helpful. Thanks again. :)

i know that there are several fey gods besides Oberon, Titania, and the Queen of Air and Darkness, all introduced in Monster Mythology.
the leprechauns, dryads/nymphs, satyrs/korreds, and killmoulis all have their own gods. non-fey gods closely associated with them include the gods of the centaurs, treants, swanmays, and unicorns/pegasus.

I found some of this, actually - posted by yourself, a goodly while ago, in the Monster forum. It was one of the few useful bits of information I found, so a belated thanks. :)

Wasn't the bard Taliesin (sp?) part fey and didn't he, after pretty much doing it all, become a sort of hero-god?

Maybe I'm mixing up my history with Charles De Lint books as I do recall him referencing the bard quite a bit but I'm sure I've read some history with him as a legendary figure that was somehow related to the fey world.
