The feyliege epic destiny from Arcane Power suits one of my player characters prefectly from a story and roleplay perspective - the champion of the Summer Queen, soon to be elevated to the Queen's court. Alas, although its requirements SAY any arcane class, if you look at its abilities what it really means is bard or warlock. The level 21 and 30 abilities really don't do very much for swordmages, and just a smidgen more for wizards. There just aren't enough arcane charm powers to go around for the Int-based classes, even though that's what you'd expect eladrin characters to gravitate towards. Charisma just isn't all that important for either class.
So, how would you modify the class abilities to better suit a swordmage? The level 21 ability is easy enough, just replace Charisma with Intelligence and call it a day. The level 30 one is tougher. I've tried expanding it to charm and fear, but that doesn't expand the pool of eligible powers by much. I tried including powers that daze, but that's also not a big number for this class.
In my opinion, even with access to a charm at-will power the level 30 ability pales in comparison to the other destinies. If all you have are an encounter and a couple of dailies to try and get a crit with (and this is with multiclassing), it's rather sad. So, what would you do for a level 30 power more suitable to an Int-based class, keeping to the feyliege theme?
