I am tempted to apply for this, since I have developed a book for them before. Too bad they're not looking for someone in the RPG department.

I meet the requirements, but I assume this isn't a telecommute thing, that I'd need to move to Minnesota?

Yes, you must relocate to Minnesota. I talked with Greg Friday evening about this job and it sounds like a great job for someone with the skills and experience they require. It is definitely a good starting point for someone looking to break into the game industry but keep in mind that it is a job. In my time with Steve Jackson Games I learned that a game company job can be every bit as demanding and stressful as a job in corporate America -- moreso at times. Something else to keep in mind that you must loves games to do this type of work. A wide and diverse knowledge of games, game history and the industry will seriously help you in any job such as this one.
Fantasy Flight Games' board and card games division produces some awesome materials -- I recommend that anyone looking to apply for this job learn a bit about some of their games.
Good ones to start with include Wreckage and Citadels. These are two very different games that help give you an idea of the types of games that they produce. Mag*Blast is a personal favorite of mine.
