[Fiend Folio] Fiendish PrCs - are the skill points wrong? (my players stay out)

Over here in the Rogue's Gallery I've created a Fiend of Corruption. This PrC has 2 skill points per level. So far so good, but then I noticed that the fiend folio give outsiders 2 skill points per HD, as opposed to the new MM which gives them 8. Should the PrCs in FF give them 8 as well?

Outsiders do get 8 skill points per level, that part FF got wrong. I have no idea on what the PrCl should get though.

My gut answer is yes. If only because the progression of saves and skill points match what outsiders are suppose to get at the time of the FF printing. BaB changed (and then only one step) - but they get some nifty benefits at each level to compensate.

I've got nothing to back the feeling up though other then it feels right and it shouldn't be that big of a deal for a monster (even a long term one).
Besides, something seems right about an outsider having a lot of skills.

Out of all the 3 Fiend PRC's in FF, that particular one is the most skill point and roleplaying intensive so it should get 8+int or a minimum of at least 6+int.
